My complaint:
accidentally booked flights wrong way round and after I booked i rang up straight away been on phone 2 hrs to tell me no refund or change on 1 flight and a $45 charge to second flight as i rang at 23.00 and now 1.15 am and its classed the next day.. not happy I have 0 flights and lost $370.00
