My complaint:
On 2th of June I was supposed to fly with Kenya airways which i booked with Mytrip. A few days before the flight i got an email that the flight was canceled as the other option didn’t suit my schedule i request for a refund. Now two months later i still didn’t received anything. I have been contacting mytrip so many times and they didn’t do anything useful or give my money back, as we are talking about $600. This was the biggest mistake of my life and i never found a horrible service anywhere else. If this don’t get solved soon i will sue them.
