My complaint:

I purchased a ticket from London to Tel Aviv and to London back,
I took the cancellation protection and paid for it,

I asked to cancel my flight due to an issue with my covid vaccine expiry and then they told me that our of my 680 pound fight they will refund me only on the fight 90% as a voucher and won’t refund me the suitcases that I had to pay extra,
after fighting with them on the phone and waiting always 1.5h until I could speak to someone,
I agree to get my 90% out of 485 pounds, I got a ation email about the cancellation and that I will get a voucher in 7 business days,
I never got anything, I call every day and spend 2 hours (my phone limit me to 1 call of 2hour max per time) never get an answer always a guy tell me I can’t help you so I pass you to the department that can help, but never got anyone,

Suggested solution:

give me a voucher for 90% of the ticket back to my credit card!!
this is a scam!!
