Mytrip.com complaint: My travel impacted due to COVID situation , airline processed full refund but My trip is not processing full refund back to me

My complaint:

HI Mytrip ,

My flight back in May was affected due to natural and unforseen situation ( There was a COVID spike in melborne and restrictions were in place through most of the VIC ) and so we had to cancell our booking , I called Rex airlines and airlines had COVID full refund guarantee on their site and so they have already proccessed full refund from their side back on May 28 itslef but I have not got refund back from My trip , I have called My trip Regarding this today and spoke to aquib and i have been advised We will not get full refund , Which is very dissapointing to hear that as there was nothing i could have done in that event and i had to cancell due to COVID , in this COVID situation every airlines are processing full refund and if technically airlines have refunded to you guys , I should be given full refund , If not refund I am more than happy for us to get equivalent My trip credits which we can use in future .It does not make sense to have 40 to 50 $ deducted in the name of Service pack charge . our entire flight cost was roughly 78$ so after deductions we are hardly getting something back to which does not make any sense considering i am not at fault and situation in which i had no controll , every Airlines are undestanding in this COVID sistuation and they are proccesing full refund while it seems My trip is ripping customers off who are affected even financially due to COVID , This is very disturbing and this whole experience puts a very Big fat negeative experince for me and I would never deal with My trip and will also tell my each and every friend to not getting involved in My trip who are in business ripping clients off .

I hope someone looks up this issue , have a bit of humanity in him and have this full refund back to us which is our first Preferred option if not our second option that we prefer is to have same equivalent amount of credit that we can use in My trip , Hope we are not asking too much .
