My complaint:
We booked flight tickets with Mytrip from Glasgow to London on 12 July including a fee of £79.98 for 2 items of additional luggage, each of 23 Kg. On arrival at the check in desk Glasgow airport, we were told that no additional items of luggage had been pre-booked with our tickets. We therefore had to pay an additional fee to British Airways of £150.00 before they would check us in for the flight. A complain has been logged with Mytrip and copies of our baggage receipts but there has been no response from them despite follow up emails.
Suggested solution:
I suggest that Mytrip should reimburse the £150.00 we have had to pay to British Airways as a result of their booking error and mistake.
