My complaint:
I booked a flight on mytrip from Trabzon, Turkey to London, Stansted on 22nd of July. According to the travel rule from Turkey to London, we can only flight to Heathrow as Turkey is on the red list. So , this flight has canceled. I called Turkish Airlines and I was informed that cancelation should process through mytrip. I cant even reach them on the phone or by email to explain my situation.
Suggested solution:
Please refund the ticket as there is no flight that will take place to Stansted.
