My complaint:

I booked flights in July 2020. They were almost immediately cancelled. I painstakingly called by phone a few times (very long hold periods), and was told just to wait and that MyTrip had to retrieve the money from the airline involved.
On 1st August they said they were going to update me by email on the 1st and 15th of every month as to the status of my refund. They said that after it had been approved, I could contact them.
On 1st December they informed me they had received the refund from WestJet. However, to date they still have not repaid this refund to me. I would like them to do so now as I see no reason for further delay now they have the money.

Suggested solution:

Pay me my refund money immediately!
