My complaint:
ON Jan 26th 2021, I booked one ticket from Perth to Mel, later I was told by email that the flight cancelled, I bought the flexible ticket and paid 41aud more , just in case something happened.
over the 6month, I cannot contact mytrip, email? no response, call? always busy.
IT is a scam company, from the google review and here, I know so many customers have same situation, this company once took the money and will not give it back.
Suggested solution:
refund the money
and apoligize on its website if mytrip want to continue its business
or we together should voice and do not let it continue to deceive new customers any more
