Mytrip.com complaint: Refund due to CORONA pandemic

My complaint:

I have booked flights for my husband and myself with MyTrip.com to fly from Mombasa to Cape Town with Kenya Airways on Friday 26 June, 2020.
Confirmation: Order number L3N2CO, Booking references Flight PDJ2DI

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we have received notification from the carrier, Kenya Airways that our trip got cancelled.

We have contacted Kenya Airways about our refund and their response was that they have fully refunded MyTrip.com and we must be refunded by MyTrip.com as they were our booking agency.

I have been trying to phone MyTrip.com. If and when they do answer the phone, the line goes dead. I also tried writing (emailing) to MyTrip for more than a year following the cancellation,

1. When we went to the website of MyTrip.com there is no place where we could register our query.
2. There are no contact forms available to use.
3. It is not possible to find anything that we need to get our refund on the website of MyTrip.com
