My complaint:

I booked returned ticket from Prague to London with a flexible supplement so I could change dates if it was needed. I have tried to change the dates but I being tall I can’t and I have being offered a redound when I tried to get more information about the refund I have being tall I am not entitle to a refund and I have to rebook directly with airline and pay airline penalty, when i asked about talking with a supervisor I have being tall supervisor is not available, when I ask about email ing I have tried to change dates I am just ignored..

Suggested solution:

I already booked a fresh ticket for my flight since I was tall they can change the dates but I am entitled to a redound, now I don’t want to change dates I want the redound as I have being talk
