My complaint:
I placed an order on the MyProtein website by mistake and requested for a cancellation in literally 10mins. The team took 48hours to get back and when they got back they informed that the parcel is already with the courier service and cannot be canceled.
I refused to accept the parcel upon delivery and returned the item back to the MyProtein warehouse.
It has been a month and I have no received my refund till date. I have followed up countless times and all they say is that they are waiting for the ation.
Extremely unsatisfactory support team.
Suggested solution:
Provide me my refund.
