My complaint:
My 15yr old son tried to order some shorts of the website , on the 9th April the order didn’t go through but the monies were taken from his account , we have tried numerous times to contact them to be told send the details it will be raised with the finance team , each time a different person says the same thing yet never get any help or feedback , my son wants his money back but we are getting no where
Suggested solution:
Give my 15yr old son his money back for an order that hasn’t gone through
