My complaint:
I had ordered few items through myprotein website to ontario canada, which never showed up so after 1.5 month I have filed a charge dispute with credit card company after going back and forth with MyProtein customer service with no resolution or refund. Now they have blocked my accound and told me that any new accounts will also be blocked since I filed dispute against a charge with them.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and send a ation to that through email.
