Myprotein complaint: Failed delivery Staff lies

My complaint:

Order placed 5th January 2022
Order not delivered and no tracking updates.
Advised on 14th that replacement order has been requested. As of 18th January still no closer to getting my order. Replacement order has not been dispatched and customer service will not tell me when it will be processed.
I was told one item was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund for that item. This hasn’t happen.
Customer services tell me that my item will be delivered 2-3 days once dispatched but say when it will be dispatched. Over 2 weeks after placing and paying for an order I still have not received it. I would to complain about the constant lies staff tell offering the world and making out they are bending over backwards to get the order I have paid for to me. The staff can’t even remember the lies they are telling you are constantly confused trying to keep up with each lie.

Suggested solution:

Send me the goods I have paid for within an acceptable time frame.
