Myprotein complaint: Worst Service i’ve ever experienced

My complaint:

In 29′ in November i made an order in Myprotein, after about 10 days with no update on my tracking number order, i sent a message asking where my order is, bot messaged me everytime and nothing happen, no updates on tracking number and no progress with the messages, i asked for a refund and a order compensation after 23 days of no update, got almost nothing and they made me buy the same products again at 29 in December again, in 3 Jan i sent a message saying, im scared this will happen again i wanna know where my packages, my new order! 4 Jan They said it will take time to arrive and i still didnt see any updates on tracking number again, and in 10 Jan almost 2 weeks from my order, no updates at all! So i asked whats going on and they said Refund has been requested’ and i was like, WHAT i was in shocked, as a customer i did everything in order, gave my address, paid. I want the manager and talk to him privately

Suggested solution:

Make my order as a full compensation and talk to the manager privately.
