My complaint:

I described having side effects to products i bought from them and they refused to do anything without a doctors note to prove that it was their product causing the sickness. In order to do this for them i would’ve had to consume the products again and put myself at risk.
All i wanted was a refund but they made it so difficult as a paying customer. I never even got a personal response this whole time. just automated answers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Suggested solution:

I should get a refund. I have been dealing with their nonsense for over a month.
