My complaint:
Unable to speak to anyone at MTN’s account department (135) long enough to have my account queries sorted .Just gets cut off after being transferred from one agent to the next. Tried the email route as well last month, also to no avail,they just don’t answer their emails.
Suggested solution:
To just please call back so I can get the account settled document or contact details of the company they handed me over to so I can get my name cleared .
