My complaint:
One of your officer Mr Liberato Scognamilio E.I 34062
Provision Department Head
He has oblige one your female crew member to have an affair with him if not he make her fire from the cruise and crew member was obliged to do so every night to go his cabin. He make pregnant on November 2022 and that last 3 years as from now and each time he male the necessary that crew member embarke on the same cruise ship he is working. He even intimidated the female cruise if she talk about the issue to her family she will have right to come and work on any MSC. Bur this year when crew was on vacation his husband even called Mr liberato to tell him to stop his harassment he stated that he had great contact at the Head office and no one can do anything again him.
But this situation is too much if you don’t take any action again this officer Mr Liberato Scognamiglio we will take legal action again the company and even the agent had refused to take action.
Wait you will action as fast as possible as he is on MSC Orchestra .
