My complaint:
In May 2023 I went on the cruise MSC Music – Sounds from the East.
Having reduced mobility, I used a wheelchair.
I had access to almost everything and I was happy about it.
But I had problems with access to the pool and jacuzzi. To access any of these, there was no access ramp and it was necessary to climb stairs.
The Jacuzzi was a lot of stairs and I couldn’t even use it.
I would like to suggest that access to the pools and jacuzzi could be accessed by everyone: any age and any condition.
Regarding the city tours in the ports we stopped at, it would be very useful to have city trips, with all the necessary conditions for inclusion. So that we can all enjoy it in freedom and comfort, regardless of the condition.
