My complaint:

My husband and I are on a 7 day Bahamas cruise. Day one check in was not bad at all. Buffet food was bland. But with enough salt it was edible. We finally get to our room after 2pm. We have no face cloths nor tissue. We ask for the face cloths, tissue and distilled water for my husband’s CPap. Day 2 of the 7 day cruise.
We finally get the face cloths was told they do not have face tissue. Are you kidding me!!! Was told they don’t know what distilled water is so the cruise line must not carry it. I’ve been on 48 cruises 6 different cruise lines this is the first time I’ve been told we don’t have distilled water. Both nights dinner has been very unorganized. Our dinner time is for 5:15. I ask for a pot of hot tea at the time of our seating. I was brought tea at 7pm and I’m still waiting on my salad. We didn’t get desert till 6:55 pm and ask to leave at 7:05. My steak was burn . My bake potato was under cooked and cold.
I’ve not been able to use any of my web site booking. I booked the theru spa to use at leisure. I get the to be told we need to make a reservation if we are not YACT CLUB MEMBERS. Was not told that when I was booking on line. Very deceiving. Orange juice at breakfast was pure concentrate. I’ve tried to upload pictures of every thing. But the program is not uploading. I will save for Facebook and Instagram posting.
Very very unhappy crusier.

Suggested solution:

Refund the excrusions
Refund the thermal cruise pass.
Refund the fruit in cabin.
The fruit was sitting in water and grapes was soggy and mussy
