My complaint:
My Company had booked 40 people on MSC Opera which sailed from Milan on 7 May 23 to Greece and we disembarked at Bari on 13 May 23. It was a pleasant experience, overall
However, I have this Complaint for your own betterment
On 12 may at about 5 PM in the evening , I contacted Hassan Mhamdi who was on EXCURSION Help desk at that time regarding an overcharge on my card on account of excursion trip
He brutally misbehaved with me and shouted at me when I questioned why I have been charged without my consent anywhere (This charge was later refunded through some other people at this help desk) . His colleague actually apologised to me on his beghalf
I am 75 years old
While I have endured the insults showered on me by him and have no agenda or relief to be sought, I feel such people spoil your brand and your HR must investigate behavioural issues with this person and take strict action
