My complaint:

Terrible service, no o e calls you back. Have to speak to new person each time you call. Put on hold fir 10-25 minutes. People hang up and do t speak to you. Sent a letter telling us our embark and had changed from Copenhagen to Kiel Germany. Then two days later found out it was still going from Copenhagen.

Also new trip itinerary due to current war, this we totally agree with but they told us it was changing to a Norway only cruise. Again found out it was not going g to two ports in Russia but other countries. Now totally confused. Left so many emails to the operations team, only had one reply. Found out cruise now selling for £1,000 cheaper. Still waiting for reply to our resolution request, no avail. Never ever had such bad service. Always use PO cruises never had problem with them in 12 years, but we thought we’d have a change. Better the devil you know.

Suggested solution:

Call back, solve the problem. Give great customer service.
