My complaint:

Good Day MSC

I am appalled by the recent service received from MSC for over a month now I have emailed and call MSC to change my personal details on their system as my surname has changed from Marais to Perry (Miss) and still to date this has not been done which in fact is preventing me from booking local and international cruises. South Africa MSC services needs improvement and a lot of client will leave MSC if their online and phone services is not improved.

I am trying to book my 9th cruise with MSC being a Diamond member and I am unable to do this as MSC still has my details as
Melonee-Ann Marais
This needs to change to:
Melonee-Ann Perry
Before I can even decide what cruises to book, I really do not want to escalate this to your head office overseas but I will have to if MSC South Africa does not improve their services and attend to this request.

I have attached a copy of my certified ID as proof of change of surname.

Please ensure this gets attended to in the next few days so that I may book my future cruises under the surname of Perry
