My complaint:

MSC Music – July did not make the intended stop in Mikonos – Greece because there was too much wind to dock. They did not replace it with another stop.
We learned from the crew that it is common for them to cancel this stop in Mikonos.
Other places we stopped for a few hours (in Santorini, we remained around 3 hours, with very long disembarkations and long lines on land).
The amount of time spent at sea was enormous, as it was on an old and overcrowded boat with terrible service and insufficient employees. Ashore time was limited, hurried, and disorganised.
For the scheduled dinners, they reserved two different restaurants for myself, my husband, and my children. When we spoke with the guy in charge, he suggested that we go to one of the restaurants every day and explain what had happened so that they may do us the favour of providing us a joint table every day. It was impolite and stressful.
In essence, it is a mass cruise that falls short of expectations. They sell the cat for the hare.

Suggested solution:

Refund some of the amount paid.
