My complaint:
I went to deals free page to book a cruise. It had promo saying FREE Balcony upgrade and Kids sale free. After booking and right before arriving to the cruise MSC told me I have to pay for Ocean or Balcony cabin. Since I booked Interior cabin during FREE Balcony and kids sale free promo, I will not be getting FREE Balcony upgrade. Also My kid is sailing and she did not receive free cruise instead she had to pay full price. MSC told me right before sailing we would need to pay full price and it is only for 3 and 4 th guest which was not in the web site.
Suggested solution:
They should give FREE Balcony upgrade and kid free as they advertised on their website.
It seems like they are tricking people to buy their product.
