My complaint:

good day we booked this cruise in january and paid our deposit of 600 us dollars. we heard nothing more ,we had to inquire about paying the balance.For reasons beyond our control your payment system and our u.k. based bank were not able to work together despite numerous attempts to solve the problem .Also the problem of dealing remotely with someone called kris at 3am local time was to stressful. eventually we told this kris ,to cancle the booking and we would re book locally in south africa. we have done so and paid in full the new booking numberis50181639.. m.s.c. has incurred no loss whatsover .To now be told by kris that M.S,C, will not return the deposit or convert it into a ship board credit to be used in the new booking .is not right.We as clients are the only loosers here We have used m.s.c twice berore on this trip and feel that you must reconsider this decision please respond BRIAN PATRICK COYLES

Suggested solution:

As explained through no fault of ours and despite extremely stressful conditions dealing remotly with some in a completly different time zone we have made frantic efforts to save the booking . To be penalized 600 us dollars on top of paying full fare is very painful. A win win solution is to give a ship board credit so we are not out off pocket please consider this BRIAN PATRICK COYLES
