My complaint:
Hello. We just got back from our 7 day cruise last Sunday 6th of August. Our trip started at Ocean Key in the Bahamas. We were there celebrating our 23rd Anniversary.
We got off the ship and started filming our vacation like we normally do, when we travel. My husband was filming the ship and all of the sudden one of your Ocean Key security men(Allesandro) came over yelling at us and told us where not supposed to be filming the boat and not supposed to be over there. We did not see any signs. This is not how you talk to someone certainly not guests.
The way he spoke to us was degrading and hurtful. My husband quickly took the situation in his own hands and ask the guy to calm down. We wanted to try and enjoy the rest of our vacation. We were supposed to be on your ship to relax and enjoy one another and celebrate our time together and the trip was pretty much ruined after that bad experience.
It was our first time on MSC and we chose this cruise line and ship because of the ships layout and reviews.
We brought this up to guest services and spoke to Leorna and she was very apologetic. She spike to the Supervisor and the supervisor never said anything to us.
We would like to request a credit or a refund to make up for what happened to us so we can enjoy our cruise like intended.
