My complaint:
I have booked a cruise with MSC scheduled for July 2023. I have been trying to finalize payment for the cruise for the past 6 days. the online interface showed an error, so I called customer service to finalize payment by phone. The MSC systems is not allowing them to remove a guest from the reservation and they keep telling me to call back and that their issue should get resolved. My reservation expires on April 6th. I am at risk of losing my reservation because MSC can’t fix their IT issues…
Suggested solution:
MSC needs to fix their IT issue or in the meantime at least in writing that they will not penalize me by losing my reservation.
