My complaint:

Currently a passenger on board World Europa (Cabin 11118). Ship personnel are really very unhelpful. Currently in Jeddah and had problems with visa approval. On arrival this morning attempted to get visa approved but MSC personnel really unhelpful. Told MSC were not an approving agency and told to go away. Over the past couple of day have requested help to organise our visas, but told to do it ourself. Ship is chaotic. Poor food selection, unless paying for specialty restaurants. Some senior staff not willing to assist in any way. Just been to breakfast on Level 18 and asked waiter for some tea bags. He told me to go to the other side of the ship to get some. Went to get a spoon to eat cereal and there were no spoons available. In line with 10 other people had to wait over 5 minutes for spoons to arrive. Will reconsider travelling with MSC in future.

Suggested solution:

Apologise for failing to help where possible and not providing false information. Excursions desk lady told us our visa would be approved this morning to allow us to go on excursion. She said one of the excursions people would be present to help us. This did not occur. We are now on board the ship for a further 7 days until our next port. Provide some assistance in future when requests are made.
