My complaint:
SINKWAS BROKEN, ROOM WAS FILTHY, ONLY 2 CHANNELS WORKED ON TV, DIRTY FLOORS,WALLS COUNTERS TOILET , NO TP, LAMP SHADES WERE BROKEN. REQUESTED A REFUND AND WAS DENIED. ALSO REFUSED TO MOVE ME TO A CLEAN ROOM. NOMANAGER WAS ON DUTY.
