My complaint:
Arrived the 1 of March 2023 to the
Studio. Was told there would be kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, internet and television.
1. The studio was dirty
2. Towels were filthy
3. Internet was our for days
4. T.v. was intermittent
5. Laundry room was disgusting; more than half of the machine were broken, filthy and with mold.
6. Lamps without bulbs.
7. No one answered when I called the office.
8. Walls broken, plaster on floor
9. 2nd day started seeing large roaches, over an inch and a half
10. At night heard strange noises only to be awaked by a rat trying to eat our olive oil container.
Suggested solution:
Left before our stay was completed.
Do not feel we should pay anything for this rat trap. Should be reported to the board of health.
