My complaint:
I had made reservation to stay at the motel 6 our check out date was the April 9. We decided the night before check out that we were going to go ahead stay an additional night so I went online and I paid for another night so we wouldn’t have to check out until the 10th. the day of the 9th because I had made a new reservation we thought we everything was fine we were good to go. But come around 12 noon the front desk associate there made us check out and come back after 3pm to check back in. He was so rude I couldn’t even believe it. he was only making us check out and come back after 3pm not anybody else. I am mind blown shocked at the level of unprofessionalism plain out cruel the guy was. I will never be staying at that hotel ever again unless this gets resolved.
