My complaint:
I purchased wine online from morrisons wanted to return and was told I could when I called to return was told I couldn’t even though the website stated I could during covid . After numerous calls appalling behaviour from call centre staff dropping calls on me I was told I would a get a refund for mis advice.i was sent email stating the refund and I get this within 10 working days but no refund was given I have called emailed even emailed ceo and was told that they had cancelled the refund which I am not happy about I have an email stating I will get a refund and I would like this to happen
