My complaint:

My son suffers from autism and went into Morrison’s Stratford today in the afternoon. He had left his mask at home and was confront at the entrance who was very aggressive. He then did not offer any masks despite having many tucked away until my son had to ask.

He made it seem like he didn’t have any nor was my son allowed in. From my recollection there was 2x security guards on shift and it was the African gentleman.

Such a bad experience usually we are locals and go to Morrison’s all the time.

Suggested solution:

Either raise a formal warning complaint to the security guard. As this was an horrendous experience
