Morrisons complaint: Pay at pump fuel

My complaint:

Although listed as part of the instructions on the pay at pump fuel dispenser, it transpires that MORE points are not allocated when you pay at pump.
My question is why? The cashier stated that those pumps were not part of the system. In which case, again, why do the instructions state that you will get MORE points?
This misrepresentation is totally unacceptable.
In addition, a £100 limit is insufficient at todays exorbitant fuel costs.

Suggested solution:

Allot MORE points. Increase the limit on card transactions.
