My complaint:
Whilst in the store yesterday (10052021) at the pies and pasty counter a member of staff decided it would be appropriate to start giving my partner abuse because of what football top he had on. This happened somewhere around 7:30 – 8 ish. He was wearing black trousers and a white chef top. I suspect he was finished his shift as he was stood propping up the end of the counter. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name as I had to walk off. His words were that’s some shite you’ve got on your top isn’t it? Before continuing to give his very negative opinion . My partner gets abuse everywhere he goes because not everyone supports the same team. But I honestly do not expect to walk into a store and listen to a member of staff swear at my partner and then proceed to give his opinion when it wasn’t even asked for. I’ve never experienced customer service so shocking. I’m always going to be on guard now every time I shop in this store worrying that he is going to start on my partner again. It really wasn’t nice at all and left me feeling angry and upset.
I would appreciate somebody getting back to me and letting me know what you are going to do about this before I take the matter further.

It would be nice to get an apology but I just want to know that this isn't the way that you train your staff in customer care and certainly that it won't happen again. I really don't want to bump into him again I am that worried about what he will be like and it hasn't done my anxiety any good either.
