My complaint:
Visited Bacup store this morning 2.8.21.
Gluten free freezer was out of order so there were no frozen gluten free products, even though there was empty freezer space in the general section. It would have been quite easy to have a temporary gluten free section rather than having no choice at all. This makes me feel as though we don’t matter.
Also, it is extremely difficult(deliberately so ?) to make a complaint.
