Morrisons complaint: Overcharge

My complaint:

I visited Morrisons today. The supermarket was full of people. No social distancing, I had to queue a long time to pay on the self service. For some strange reason the self serve check out called for an assistant, who came and flashed his card at the machine. I completed my shopping and paid. The bill seemed high so I checked the receipt and I had been charged £15.00 for something called M Pure Love Purple which was not in my shopping. I then had to re queue to ask customer services to refund me the money. At looking at my receipt I had also not been allocated the meal deal value from my shopping. The assistant refunded my money. By this time my whole lunch break was over and when I opened my sandwich it was soggy! If I had not checked my receipt you would have overcharged me over £15.00!

Suggested solution:

I am unsure but I am disgusted. How many people do you overcharge each day. And selling sandwiches that are soggy when you are charging £2.40 is a disgrace
