My complaint:
today me and my sister did our shopping at our local morrisons. we had just brought a hot chocolate at the bus station before we had came to morrisons we were just waiting for our hot chocolates to cool down while we look at the cereal when we noticed this lady who was working in the bakery kept staring at us for at least 5- 10 mins. we then went down the cakes isle and phoned our mum to find out what cake she wanted and while we were on the phone the lady had moved along so she could see us and was constantly watching us. when we got off the phone we noticed she had gone we didn’t think anything of it and carried on shopping we then saw her with the security guard at the tile. we carried on shopping until we saw them coming towards us the lady pointed at us and said ‘that’s them’ we were confused we didn’t understand why she said that because we hadn’t done anything wrong. we igoned it and carried on the security was following us around the shop we went to pay and i went to get a bag while my sister scanned the items. the security guard came over and said are you paying for those? my sister said pay for what? he then said those coffee’s he was referring to the hot chocolates my sister explained we had got them from the bus station he then questioned our nike bag we had brought from home my sister explained they were ours from home he continued to watch what we did until we left the shop. i think that is absolutely disgusting that you think it’s okay to constaly harssing me and my sister it’s basically stereotyping that we were stealing or doing drugs which is disgusting and should never happen. we both are absoulty disgusted in our experience we had today we won’t be returning back after today.
Suggested solution:
a sorry from the security guard and lady at the bakery would be nice.
