My complaint:

Firstly, let me say I have never been treated so badly. I am disabled and stopped for diesel at Morrisons Fakenham. I joined the queue and the young man asked me to move on which I did but then he proceeded to allow the 2 cars behind me to join the queue.

I had an appointment tomorrow at the hospital for a scan of my hips and knees which I have waited 18 months for and I’m in a lot of pain. I stopped there on my way home from a doctor’s appointment. I do not have enough diesel to get to the hospital now. It’s not that I didn’t get diesel that annoyed me so much it was the fact that he let the next 2 cars join the queue. Did he know them.
I went back and pleaded with them saying I only needed £10 worth of diesel and told them I had a hospital appointment. They both accused me of lying saying there are no appointments on a Saturday.

I have shopped with morrisons since my university days in Leeds. This has seriously annoyed me. Not only a cancelled appointment but letting the 2 behind me to join the queue. I’m no longer going to shop at morrisons as I was disrespected then he called me sir. Shouted move a long sir I don’t care. I am female.

I’m off to Tesco’s

Suggested solution:

By not showing favouritism and not accusing people of lying
