My complaint:

I am unable to get out of the house to do my own shopping, so I have had to resort to online shopping with home delivery. Initially, orders were all fine and so I decided to purchase a delivery pass, as I am on a very low income. This is when the problems seemed to begin. I began receiving items that had short USE BY dates. I have had fish and meat with USE BY next day dates; one packet of grated cheese even had the USE BY date of they delivery date. My order was delivered early evening. My last order contained a VERY rotten baking apple; it was spongy to the touch and clearly should have been disposed of instore. I also received a damaged packet mix, with the contents escaping the packet. Both products had to be thrown away.
I requested a refund of my delivery pass, as I explained that I lost confidence in the company to supply quality goods and that I no longer wish to give them my custom. They have refused several times.

Suggested solution:

Refund my delivery pass payment.
