My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam
I am a disabled pensioner who visits your Wednesbury store at least three times per week, my morecard number is 9826135801247196015 you can now check how many times and how much I spend at the store. I visited the Wednesbury store yesterday 30112021,put on my mask and did my shop. On going around I saw at least a dozen people not wearing masks and as I am considered vulnerable by the government this was very concerning to me. On the way out I approached a member of store security and told him what I had seen. His explanation was that they would report him if he challenged them. I then asked him why he was himself not wearing a mask to which he smirked and walked away. I would have thought that a member of security would be the first to wear one and does it not give a green light to people without masks to walk past him. I myself watched him before I approached him and never once did he challenge anyone who was not wearing a mask. As a clinically vulnerable person worry about going to the store that all my shopping is done at as it is close to me and the disabled parking is good. All that the Wednesbury security do is fool around and play with their phones.

Suggested solution:

Get in security that does the job properly so as to protect the health of other shoppers and staff.
