My complaint:
I contacted Microsoft on numerous occasions seeking help for Office 365, Outlook and Windows. My last contact with Microsoft Window’s Support was regarding window’s updates. Specifically, going from Windows 10, Version 1909 to the new platform, Window’s 10, Version 20H2, for my laptop. The technicians remotely captured my computer and begin the download, and now my computer is stuck on a black screen at start-up, and your firm refuses to fix what the technicians started? I’m frustrated and very upset with the poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
I\'m requesting your window\'s technicians contact me and finish what they started, as I\'ve spent over three days corresponding with numerous personnel, but to no avail. I currently have an active account with Microsoft. Below are the different case numbers to reference regarding this issue.
