My complaint:
Every time windows 10 updates my printer scan function stops working and I have spent hours on the phone with HP and they keep having to resolve the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers. This only fixes the issue temporarily and then it happens over and over again. So far with this printer I have had to call HP 7 times spendng hours on the phone and it only works for less then a couple days to a few weeks and then when windows updates again it stops working. I have even disabled the updates and it still happens.
Suggested solution:
Fix your updates. This is wreaking havoc in my life and my ability to be able to do deadline sensitive projects.
