I created my complaint which I filed with the usps postal service using Microsoft word as shown below
In exhibit__.the Paterson who hacked my account and took ownership of my document on one drive violated the computer fraud abuse act as it was done without my consent. They obtain information from my computer through unauthorized access. Mr kellier doesn’t know whether they trafficking his computer password which led to his access to his Microsoft account. The changing of mr kellier data and removal of ownership cut off his access to his document causing damage to his computer document. According to the federal anti-hacking program and to find law .comCriminalcriminal- chargeshacking – laws – and – punishments. HTML. Mr kellier contends Federal Crime of Computer Hacking – 18 U.S.C. § 1030. The phrase “computer hacking” normally refers to illegally using a computer to make an attempt to access another computer without consent to cause harm or commit fraud.
Most federal computer hacking charges are prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. 18 U.S.C. § 1030 covers many different types of computer crimes and this statute is often used by federal prosecutors. A federal case of computer hacking usually involves illegal access to a government, business or personal computer with intent to cause harm, commit fraud, or obtain something of value. It should be noted that computer hacking can be prosecuted at both the state and federal level. Civilly mr kellier request injunctive relief against Microsoft defendants hacking his account with out mr kellier’s consent. Mr kellier complaint against the federal defendants usps file data was “at rest” on his iPhone on Microsoft cloud platform. The breach of mr kellier stored information and changing of ownership violated both the stored communications act SCA.
EXHIBIT A Shows mr kellier is entitled to injunctive relief against Microsoft pursuant to the federal anti hacking laws.

exhibit B shows that someone has seized ownership of my document created in one drive without my consent and had made changes to my document causing injury. I shouldn’t have to contact anyone for I’m the owner and creator of the document my document should be freely shared with others at my will as the owner.
The document informed me that changes were made then asked me if I wanted to discard the changes after informing me that someone else assumed control of my document, causing injury. I removed the changes, by clicking on discard the changes.
EXHIBIT C Shows I tried to again open the document and wasn’t able to open it and the same message appeared apparently someone in Microsoft breached my privacy and accessed my documents without my consent making changes
