Microsoft complaint: Charing Subscription that I did not Order

My complaint:

I ordered the free 30 day trial, but Microsoft changed my credit card for the next month setting me up for a family plan, which I did not authorize. I called my bank to get the phone number for Microsoft (18006427676), but they are directing everyone to the website. At that point they only thing I could do was cancel the subscription, but they canceled it to effective June 1. So they are afford to have live agent even via chat to get an account correct and answer customer questions.

Suggested solution:

I want to return the $9.99 because after asking my family, I don't need that plan because they all have their own plans. I would also like for them to stop being cheap and get at least a live chat agent so that customers can get issues resolved without going through site like this and waiting days to file an unauthorized charge form with the bank.
