My complaint:
Evening May 28, 2021 Computer refused to connect to the web. This has been a chronic problem lately. Called support. Was talked though a fix. My Microsoft computer no longer is functional. 50 yrs worth of spread sheet are gone. I am send this on my Mac which works.
Suggested solution:
Either fix this mess or I will sue you.
