My complaint:
My ride was canceled within two minutes of getting the call they are here. I went downstairs two metro access cars are there. The driver stated my trip was canceled. I said for what just got the call. No time to get downstairs and late getting to appointment due to driver missing turn twice. Delayed 15 mins unnecessary. I called customer service number and said the same thing. The gave the first driver the job back.
Suggested solution:
Give the customers time to get to van or car before canceling. We have physical or non physical disabilities. This was an inconvenience and had to call.
