My complaint:
I was picked up from dialysis at 4168 Tesla Drive, Bowie, MD 20715 around 10:20 am heading home after a 31/2 hour treatment. The driver said she had a pickup to make but when we got to the location after waiting almost 45 mins she was told she was given the wrong address and had to go to the new address. By this time I was more than livid and could not figure out why she was not told to take me home. I know these rides are considered shared rides but there has to be a cut off time for keeping the other passengers waiting.
Suggested solution:
I think the driver (she was in constant contact with her supervisor) should have been given instructions to take me home after at least a 15min wait.
