My complaint:
This is 4th complaint regarding late pickup. I get out of dialysis around 6:30, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. The MetroAccess to dialysis is 98% punctual. However, the return trip home has a record of picking me up 1 to 2 hours late on a regular basis. When I complained, for approximately 4 days the service was excellent. Today (6/21/23), I was picked up from dialysis around 8:40pm, and we preceded to pick up another passenger (that we waited for and was dropped off at a subway station. I pulled up in front of my place at 9:28pm. That is almost 3 hours after dialysis. I look forward to your assistance with this matter. Thank you for any help you can render.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be picked up from dialysis like my friends at the center (no later than 15 minutes after the MetroAccess pickup window). I know things happen that might prevent this. However, that should be the exception not the norm.
